A Stylish Netherbyres House Wedding

Bold interiors, beautiful grounds and a relaxed atmosphere: we’re obsessed with Netherbyes House. A Victorian Mansion in Eyemouth in the Scottish Borders, its exclusive use with guest accommodation option made for the perfect party weekend for Jess & Alan’s celebration - where everyone brought main character energy. The owners, Sarah & Mike, kept everyone going with martinis, Champagne and their chilled out approach to what a wedding should be. Fruit Salad brought the colour with their iconic statement florals. We’ve worked with Emily before and her talent never ceases to amaze. The grand hall hosted the couples’ impressive ceremony with their celebrant - another first for us - Lizzie Edgerton. Side note - we love you Lizzie. You were warm, welcoming and the right amount of wry. Big fans of you at Harper Scott. Following their joyous ceremony, we spilled out onto the lawn to enjoy a confetti throw. Thanks to Dee, Jess’s mum, who proved the home grown petals that kicked started the party. From there, the agenda was martinis, oysters and nibbles. Jess & Alan used The Green Light as their caterers - a company we’ve never heard of until now. Food was glorious. Thank you for feeding the suppliers as well as you did. You’re officially on our favs list of feeders. From thereon in, the purpose of the day was clear. Party mode engaged.
