Through gorgeous lochs, extensive golf courses, and luxurious suites, Carole-Ann will shadow you and your family wherever you please, recording your experience with cinematic shots.

how it works

If you’d like your experiences at Gleneagles chronicled, enquire now. Fill out the form with your Gleneagles dates, activities you have booked, and what you’d like Carole-Ann to document. Together, you’ll arrange a time for her to accompany you on the grounds. 

She’s just around the corner, so she can come and go during your stay. Shadowing your family for your chosen activities, she’ll watch, curate, and shoot images you can treasure forever. After your stay, she will return your photographs to you within 4 weeks. 

  • You choose which activities, events, wanders, and meals Carole-Ann photographs, and she will provide you with an accurate quote from £375 per hour. 

  • Whether you’re visiting Gleneagles alone or with the entire extended family, Carole-Ann will be there to capture timeless memories so you can leave your phone in your room and be completely present. 

  • Once you’ve booked your Gleneagles stay, please enquire about photography at least 1 week in advance, letting Carole-Ann know the dates of your shoot.

  • Carole-Ann will photograph anything you have planned at Gleneagles: meals, family walks, portraits, horse riding, a round of golf, off-roading, tree climbing, celebrations, weddings, tennis, and more. The shoot will be scheduled around your plans. 

    The only places she cannot photograph are the spa and wellness areas, out of respect for the other guests' privacy.

  • Within 4 weeks of your shoot, you will receive a minimum of 25 images from each hour of your shoot. The images will be edited in her signature style, split into categories, and uploaded to an online gallery for you to share with your group. You will receive a unique download code to save the images. If you would like prints, you can order via the online gallery.

  • It’s completely your choice. If you would like your images to be kept private, please let Carole-Ann know.

    Otherwise, she will ask for permission to share on her social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials.
